Then there came that told Jehoshaphat, saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the [a]Sea, out of Aram: and behold, they be in Hazazon Tamar, which is En Gedi.

And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself [b]to seek the Lord, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah.

And Judah gathered themselves together to ask counsel of the Lord: they came even out of all the cities of Judah to inquire of the Lord.
